You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

Any contracts, commitments, or financial transactions engaged in between you and the third-party providers (including, but not limited to, Verizon, Spectrum, Xfinity, EarthLink, Optimum, and T-Mobile) are strictly between you and that third party. We disclaim any liability or responsibility for the operational execution, uptime, billing, or installation of any services procured through the lead submission pathways established on this Site.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and your use of the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware applicable to agreements made and to be entirely performed within the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action of whatever nature brought by either you or us shall be commenced or prosecuted in the state and federal courts located in Delaware, and the parties hereby consent to, and waive all defenses of lack of personal jurisdiction and forum non conveniens with respect to venue and jurisdiction in such state and federal courts.

9. Modifications and Severability

We reserve the right to make changes to the Site, related policies and agreements, this Agreement, and the Privacy Policy at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
